Twas the night before Christmas

And all through the house
Everyone was scurrying
Just like that mouse.

The floor has been vacuumed
The coffee table cleared
All to get ready for the coming new year.

We’ve been busy as bees,
As most of you know.
To the family gatherings
We’ve been a no show.

In our hearts you remain
Through nights and through days
We’ve been so busy in life
It has past in a haze.

Miles may separate us
And travel is tough
With good thoughts and hopes
And a little bit of luck

We will see you all soon
With good hopes and good cheers
For another exciting
And courageous New Year

Happy Holidays to you All
We seriously hope to see you all soon.

What a great, and thoughtful poem.
And we both wish you a very Merry Christmas. See you soon.
